Light and Score Your Board
A board light removes the shadows your darts cast, and an auto-scoring system keeps count for you. Each page gathers the manufacturer's specifications, a price band checked against UK retailers, and what owners say about setup and day-to-day use.
A ceiling light throws the shadow of the darts already in the board across the segment you are aiming at. A ring light such as the Target Corona Vision clips magnetically to the metal ring around most bristle boards and lights the surface evenly from every side, so the shadows disappear.
Auto-scoring goes a step further. The Target Omni is a ring light with four cameras built in that read every dart and send the score to the DartCounter app, which also shows checkout routes and keeps your averages. It needs Wi-Fi at the board, and the full app features need a paid subscription after the first three months, so count that in the cost.
